This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through the AEROV shop.
Order dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery timeline
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, or other things outside our control. We will keep you informed if that happens.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges apply and depend on where the order is going. Orders are placed through a WhatsApp conversation rather than an online checkout, so we confirm the delivery charge and the final total with you in that conversation, before any payment is made. You will never be asked to pay before you have seen the full amount.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

We currently ship all over India.
Delayed or lost shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, get in touch with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.
