We collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us, which may include:

• The message or query you send us

Our contact form does not send your details to a server we control, and this website has no database. When you submit the form it opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send, and you send it yourself. The same is true of the enquiry and ordering buttons elsewhere on the site.

That means your message reaches us as an ordinary WhatsApp message, and WhatsApp handles it under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, our contact page has an email address you can write to instead.

We do not collect payment information, create user accounts, or run a newsletter through this website.

We use the information you send us to:

• Respond to your enquiries about our workshops, courses or products
• Provide information you have requested
• Improve our services and our website

This website does not set cookies, and it does not use Google Analytics.

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which report aggregate figures such as how many people visited a page and how quickly it loaded. They do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.

The site does store three small values in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is never sent to us: whether you chose the light or dark theme, what is in your basket, and whether you have collapsed the floating help dock. You can clear these at any time through your browser's settings for site data.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We share it only:

• When required by law
• With the service providers that make this website work, under their own privacy terms: WhatsApp, which carries the messages you send us, and Vercel, which hosts the site and provides the analytics described above
